Community resources
The Columcille minibus provides transport for some people, historically this was for some individuals who found public transport difficult. More recently it has enabled people who live reasonably close in the southwest of the city to access the service.
In addition the bus supports some individuals to access community facilities, including physical exercise. Columcille has a long tradition of community based development work which included initiatives like Music for All (now the responsibility of another charity) and the Columcille Ceilidh Band.
We also support some individuals who can no longer manage a full day coming to the building and we have adapted the service to fit their needs.
